1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing RoastMySnap, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Credits and Tiers

RoastMySnap operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased via tiered plans:

• Quick Roast (TIER 1): 1 Credit per purchase.
• Roast Pack (TIER 2): 3 Credits per purchase.
• Grand Roast (TIER 3): 8 Credits per purchase.

Stacking: Multiple purchases add up (stack). For example, buying two Roast Packs will grant you 8 credits and double your storage time.

3. Storage and Auto-Deletion

To ensure platform efficiency, unshared images are stored temporarily based on your plan:

Automatic Deletion: After the time limit above, images are automatically deleted from our database and storage.Exception: Images shared to the "Explore" feed are stored indefinitely.

4. Refunds and Payments

All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Due to the digital nature of AI generations, we do not offer refunds once credits have been used or after the plan has expired.

5. User Responsibility

You represent that you have the legal right to upload and roast the images you provide. You may not upload non-consensual, illegal, NSFW, or harassing imagery. RoastMySnap reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these standards.

6. Limitation of Liability

RoastMySnap is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to "emotional damage" or reputational harm caused by AI-generated roasts. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 30 days.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold RoastMySnap harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these terms or your infringement of any third-party rights (e.g., uploading photos you do not own).
