RoastMySnap provides digital credits for AI image generation. Due to the nature of digital products and the immediate computing costs incurred when generating AI art, all sales are final.

2. No Refund Policy

RoastMySnap enforces a strict NO REFUND policy. Once a purchase is made and credits are added to your account, we cannot offer any refunds or credits for any reason, including:

• Personal Preference: If you are unhappy with the specific humor or style of the AI roast.
• Unused Credits: Credits do not expire, but they cannot be exchanged back for currency.
• Accidental Purchase: It is the user's responsibility to verify the pack selection before checkout.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content is provided to you.

3. Payment Support

While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to ensuring you receive what you paid for. If you have successfully completed a payment but your credits have not appeared in your account after 10 minutes, please reach out to us via Instagram @a2bai.tech or email a2b.business.official@gmail.com.
